Check-In Time: 4:00pm. Guests checking in after 10:00pm may use our after-hours check-in service. Check-Out Time: 10:00am. Please notify the front desk if you need to request an extended check-out time. Charges may apply.

Housekeeping hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. Housekeeping ensures that your unit is neat and clean upon arrival. All housekeeping services are complimentary and by request. Guests staying with us for 7 nights receive an automatic mid-week housekeeping service either on Tuesday or Wednesday. To opt out of housekeeping, please keep your “Do Not Disturb” sign on your outside door handle.

Your unit will be supplied with arrival amenities including coffee, shampoo, etc. Resupply of these items is available free of charge. Simply place your request with our front desk.

Please note that Riverview Resort does not offer any handicap or ADA-accessible rooms. Our resort has 2 floors and does not have an elevator. Rooms on the first floor require no stairs or steps from the parking lot to all first-floor rooms.

Registered Party must be 21 or older and is responsible for the actions of all members of his/her party and for any loss or damages.

A $100 security deposit is required for all guests checking in. This security deposit protects the resort from damage or theft. The deposit will be held for the duration of your stay and released at check-out after an inspection of your unit has been completed. We accept credit/debit cards or cash for the security deposit.

All owners and guests must refrain from smoking indoors or on their patios or balconies. The Riverview Resort actively promotes a smoke-free environment. In the event of a violation, the area will be professionally cleaned and sanitized and the individual(s) who violated this rule will be charged the cost of the cleaning/sanitization service (minimum charge will be $250).

Per the Town of Yarmouth ordinance, cooking in any unit is limited to microwave & toaster. No cooktops, hot plates, or other cooking appliances are permitted. Violators are subject to a $30.00 fine per occurrence. A fully equipped community kitchen is available 24 hours in the 2nd-floor community room.

Quiet Time is 11:00pm to 8:00am. Please respect the privacy of others. Excessive noise must cease during this time.

All vehicles must be registered with the front desk. Due to parking restrictions, only one vehicle may be parked in front of units. All boats, trailers, and additional vehicles must park in the overflow lot, across Neptune Lane. Violators will be towed at expense of the owner, a daily fine of $100, and subject to pay the full cost to repair the parking lot if damaged. The Riverview is not responsible for any loss or damages to any vehicles parked on the property.
